Job summary

Molin Sioux Falls is seeking a Maintenance Foreman/Lead II to oversee a maintenance team in our precast concrete environment. You will read blueprints, plan activities, ensure safety, and lead a group to complete projects on schedule.

The role requires 4+ years in maintenance, PLC knowledge, and strong training abilities to develop the team while meeting company goals. Ongoing development and a comprehensive benefits package accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in electrical/automation field preferred.
• 4+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and control systems.
• Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) is required.
• Ability to teach, train, and inspect others with timely feedback.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow blueprints, material lists and guidelines; apply timelines.
• Prioritize and plan work activities; deploy team efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Maintain safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Demonstrate proper use of equipment, tools, and safety gear.
• Organize, supervise, lead and motivate team members to complete projects.
• Perform preventive maintenance and unscheduled repairs on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
