Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures in North Carolina is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support off-shift operations. You will perform diagnostic troubleshooting, monitor PM and OEE programs, and ensure accurate documentation of maintenance activities.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent with several years of industrial maintenance and PLC programming experience; associates degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and five years industrial maintenance and one year PLC programming/troubleshooting experience required.
• Associates degree and one year PLC programming preferred.
• Three years of experience in fabrication, machine shop skills, electrical, pneumatics, computers, welding and rigging.
• Good oral and written communication skills; ability to work hours necessary to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Monitors, reports and documents the ABB PM program.
• Observes, reports and documents the OEE program along with the Work Procedures and the Inventory Control System.
• Other duties as assigned.
