Cargill in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a full-time team member for the 2nd shift to support SAP and Inventory Management, ensure food safety compliance, and supervise hourly material handlers on shift.

The role requires a college degree or equivalent experience, 2–5 years in food safety or manufacturing, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. The position offers comprehensive benefits and relocation is not included.

Responsabilidades

• SAP and Inventory Management– Verification of ingredients movements systematically as well as written documentation.
• Stakeholder Development and Supervision – In the absence of the supervisor oversees the hourly material handlers on shift and ensures quality production is being achieved.
• Other projects – Assisting the plant in various projects relating to Safety, Food Safety, Regulatory, Environment, Process Improvement, Engagement, Training, etc

Principal Accountabilities

• SAP and Inventory Management– Verification of ingredients movements systematically as well as written documentation. Collaborate with Operations on the initiation of corrective action and preventative measures when necessary. Ensures adherence to Corporate, Regulatory and facility food safety and quality requirements
• Stakeholder Development and Supervision – In the absence of the supervisor oversees the hourly material handlers on shift and ensures quality production is being achieved
• Other projects – Assisting the plant in various projects relating to Safety, Food Safety, Regulatory, Environment, Process Improvement, Engagement, Training, etc

Required Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years or older
• College degree or equivalent work experience
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Experience with Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Degree in Microbiology, Food Science, Biology, or another related field
• 5+ Years previous food safety, quality, or food manufacturing experience
• Previous Cargill experience
• Work history in the past 12 months
• Bi-lingual (English, Spanish)
• General knowledge of HACCP
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage conflict
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
