The Property Management team is responsible for operating and maintaining our beautiful communities, but beyond that, they are relationship builders and the heart and soul of MidPen. Property Management works closely with our residents, our community partners, and their fellow MidPenners, including close collaboration with our Resident Services team.
Under the direction of the Community Manager, the Maintenance Lead is responsible for the oversight of the maintenance operations for the communities they are assigned. The Maintenance Lead ensures a safe, secureand comfortable living environment for residents, visitorsand staff.

$27.00 - $30.38 Hourly - Pay based on applicable experience and qualifications
