Qualifications

• 7+ years industrial maintenance experience.
• Proficient in electrical schematics and controls; boiler/steam experience.
• Experience with preventive maintenance systems and safety compliance.
• Boiler operator license (some states) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Informally lead the maintenance team, including scheduling, training, and coaching.
• Collaborate with the General Manager, Production Management, and Regional Engineering support to resolve equipment issues.
• Manage the computer-based Preventative Maintenance Program, including repair actions and urgent response to equipment failures.
• Perform advanced hands-on troubleshooting and diagnostics, with a focus on automation and controls.
• Maintain operational, safety, and environmental compliance, including wastewater compliance, safety training logs, and computerized maintenance records.
• Implement preventative maintenance on equipment and the facility.
• Coach other members of the maintenance team through hands-on demonstration.
