Overview

In this role, you’ll work with maintenance craft supervisors to learn their job functions. This position is a maintenance supervisor trainee position. The person in this role would spend time with all craft supervisors and learn their positions. This person would fill-in for the craft supervisors when they are on vacation or on leave. This is a great opportunity for an external candidate to “get their foot in the door” and learn about our mill and maintenance operations.
