• Previous experience with 24v-480v Motors (Electrical experience) Must bring your own toolbox (Any specialty tools will be provided.)

The Maintenance Lead is responsible for coordinating and leading daily maintenance activities to ensure equipment, machinery, and facility systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. This role provides technical guidance to maintenance technicians, prioritizes work assignments, promotes preventative maintenance practices, and supports continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining compliance with all safety and quality standards. This role is responsible for prioritizing work orders, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment, managing preventative maintenance, and minimizing production downtime while supporting safety, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement efforts.
