Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Maintenance Lead to oversee and perform maintenance for day-to-day operations at the Rialto facility. You will maintain equipment, enforce safety standards, and guide maintenance technicians to ensure reliable manufacturing operations.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on heavy machinery repair, blueprint reading, and proficiency with precision tools. A strong safety mindset and forklift ability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience repairing heavy machinery including stamping presses, brake presses, laser cutters, robotic welders, overhead cranes, hi-los.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Ability to use precision measuring equipment such as calipers and micrometers.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Knowledge of MIOSHA and OSHA standards.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment (forklift).
• Able to stand and lift up to 75 lbs; tolerate long shifts.

• Perform technical maintenance jobs as required and ensure preventive, predictive, and other maintenance systems are properly performed.

## Maintenance LeadApplyremote type: On-sitelocations: OPS- Rialto, CA C09time type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R2614551**Job Summary**Oversee and perform maintenance in support of day-to-day operations and maintain the physical assets of the property.**Job Description****Responsibilities:*** Perform technical maintenance jobs as required.* Maintain all machinery and equipment under the direction of the Maintenance Manager and in accordance with applicable federal, state and local safety and environmental regulations.* Ensure all preventive, predictive and other maintenance systems are adhered to and properly performed for all machinery, equipment and buildings.* Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment.* Train and assist Maintenance Technicians and other more junior maintenance staff.**Required Experience:****Education*** High school diploma or equivalent.**Work Experience*** At least 5 years of experience repairing any (3) or more of the following heavy machinery: stamping presses, brake presses, laser cutters, robotic welders, overhead cranes, and hi-los, as well as experience facilitating PM programs, implementing safety initiatives, and educating operators on machine maintenance and safety* Ability to read blueprints and schematics.* Ability to use precision measuring equipment such as calipers and micrometers.* Installing and troubleshooting various systems skills.* Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.* Knowledge of all MIOSHA and OSHA standards.
