Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Maintenance Lead to oversee and perform maintenance for day-to-day operations at Aurora, Colorado. You will manage and repair manufacturing equipment, train technicians, and ensure safety standards are met.

The role requires at least 5 years in heavy machinery maintenance, ability to read blueprints, and experience with hydraulic/pneumatic systems; willingness to work overtime and on-call; Associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5+ years of experience repairing heavy machinery such as stamping presses, laser cutters, robotic welders, or cranes.
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics; proficient with calipers and micrometers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead maintenance work and perform required technical tasks.
  • Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment under Maintenance Manager guidance.
  • Ensure preventive, predictive, and other maintenance systems are followed.
  • Train and assist Maintenance Technicians and junior staff.
  • Follow safety procedures (Lock Out/Tag Out, Arc Flash) and operate PPE.

## Maintenance LeadApplyremote type: On-sitelocations: Aurora, Coloradotime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R2518587**Job Summary**Oversee and perform maintenance in support of day-to-day operations and maintain the physical assets of the property.**Job Description****Responsibilities:*** Perform technical maintenance jobs as required.* Maintain all machinery and equipment under the direction of the Maintenance Manager and in accordance with applicable federal, state and local safety and environmental regulations.* Ensure all preventive, predictive and other maintenance systems are adhered to and properly performed for all machinery, equipment and buildings.* Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment.* Train and assist Maintenance Technicians and other more junior maintenance staff.**Required Experience:****Education*** High school diploma or equivalent.**Work Experience*** At least 5 years of experience repairing any (3) or more of the following heavy machinery: stamping presses, brake presses, laser cutters, robotic welders, overhead cranes, and hi-los, as well as experience facilitating PM programs, implementing safety initiatives, and educating operators on machine maintenance and safety* Ability to read blueprints and schematics.* Ability to use precision measuring equipment such as calipers and micrometers.* Installing and troubleshooting various systems skills.* Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.* Knowledge of all MIOSHA and OSHA standards. '* Physical activities necessary to perform one or more essential functions of the position.* Ability to bend, twist, reach, push, lift for extended periods daily* Frequently move, lift, carry supplies/equipment up to 50 lbs and may have to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs* Must be able to stand for minimum of 8 hours and up to 12 hours for up to 6 days a week* Ability to continuously ascend and descend from ladders and stairs, work at heights and/or from a ladder, work from a lying down position, work with your hands above your head.* Willing to operate material handling equipment (i.e. fork truck). - Write documents and reports using writing instruments and computers* Follow appropriate safety procedures such as Lock Out/Tag Out, Arc Flash, etc. and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while maintaining equipment, and ensure a safe work environment by eliminating potential equipment safety hazards* Ability to work overtime and must be available for on-call requests as needed**Preferred Qualifications:*** Associate’s degree in a related technical area.Medline Industries, LP, and its subsidiaries, offer a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.The anticipated salary range for this position:$35.50 - $51.50 HourlyThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.
