8hr-3rd Shift (United States of America)The Maintenance Lead is foremost a leader and responsible for making decisions regarding the proper functioning of hydraulic electrical equipment that manufactures blow-molded bottles and containers.JOB SUMMARY:The Maintenance Lead is foremost a leader and responsible for making decisions regarding the proper functioning of hydraulic electrical equipment that manufactures blow-molded bottles and containers.ESSENTIAL DUTTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Checking machinery and assigning repairs and upgrades to technicians as neededEnsuring that all assignments are completed correctly and in a timely mannerWorking on specified projects and being accountable for completionTroubleshooting and solving any machinery issues that arise in plantScheduling team and overseeing performanceParticipating in daily meetings with other shift leaders and managementTraining of new team membersInteracting with clients and vendors in a professional mannerQUALIFICATIONS:The requirements listed below are minimum requirements for the job.
