Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Safety-focused and detail-oriented.
  • Experience with aviation software (MS Word, Excel, Teams) helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a shift of maintenance technicians to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on our fleet of FAA Part 135 business aircraft.
  • Plan and prioritize maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion while minimizing aircraft downtime.
  • Ensure maintenance tasks comply with FAA regulations, manufacturer recommendations, and company policies.
  • Evaluate and recommend new equipment or procedures to improve safety, efficiency, or reliability.
  • Coordinate with outside vendors and service providers for timely, cost-effective maintenance.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentor technicians to enhance skills and safety.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency of operations.
  • Promote a safety culture and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
