Job summary

Adult & Teen Challenge in Montgomery seeks a dedicated staff member to lead prayer and oversee campus landscaping and maintenance tasks. You will work with multiple departments to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards and to coordinate campus events and chapels.

Qualifications

• 1 year of full-time ministry experience required.
• OSHA Certification required.
• Experience with landscape and maintenance tools essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead prayer.
• Instruct students for department landscaping/cleanup.
• Engage in religious instruction.
• Collaborate with other departments to comply with Texas DFPS regulations/COGNIA standards/TCUSA standards.
• Participate in campus events and chapels as required.
• All trash is emptied and placed in the dumpster; Buildings 1-4 cleaned daily; dumpster area cleaned Thursdays.
• Maintain and repair all dorms; patch holes in walls, buildings, and vehicles.
• Assist Director or Campus Coordinator with permits as needed.
• Maintain and track all tools and equipment; organize storage.
• Mow, edge, and landscape the campus.
• Promptly report safety issues to Director or Campus Coordinator.
• Coordinate work projects with volunteers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Director or Campus Coordinator.

Job Description

• Lead prayer

• Works with volunteers to coordinate work projects on campus
• All other duties as assigned by Director or Campus Coordinator
