Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English for daily paperwork.
• Must be able to read policies and procedures.
• Must communicate effectively in English with guests and staff.
• Minimum 1 year of related labor or maintenance experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assists painters, engineers, electricians, welders, carpenters, and upholstery shop.
• Cleans shops, handles trash, sweeps, and picks up materials from job sites.
• Delivers materials to tool room and shops from receiving.
• Moves furniture for events and maintains work orders for the shop.
• Stocks warehouse and maintains inventory.
• Performs other duties as requested.
