Job summary

ATI is hiring a Maintenance Laborer for our Cudahy, WI facility. This 3rd shift role supports maintenance activities and assists craftsmen such as masons and carpenters, using common hand tools and equipment.

On-site training on the 1st shift for 60 days (Mon-Fri, 7:00 am–3:00 pm) precedes the 11:00 pm–7:00 am schedule (Sun night through Thu night). A high school diploma and at least 6 months of manual labor experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months manual labor experience.
• Willingness to work 3rd shift in Cudahy, WI.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor associated with maintenance work, supporting craftsmen such as masons, cement finishers, carpenters, steam fitters, and others as needed.
• Operate hand tools and equipment including shovels, picks, crow bars, sledgehammers, air hammers, and hand trucks.
• Assist with mixing mortar or cement, tearing up brickwork or concrete, and loading/unloading material.
• Support other areas and back-office functions as assigned by department supervisors and/or craftsmen.

Position

Maintenance Laborer is a 3rd shift role (Sunday night through Thursday night, 11:00 pm – 7:00 am) at our Cudahy, WI facility. The position includes on-site training on 1st shift for 60 days (Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm).
