The Maintenance Helper will support the maintenance team by removing condensation drums from the factory and transferring them to collection containers for disposal. The Maintenance Helper will also assist with various maintenance department tasks as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Maintain all outside grounds areas such as: shipping dock, receiving dock, cement shed dock, Route 34 grass area, additional grass areas surrounding the facility, cafeteria courtyard, pool, etc.
2. Spray & pull all outside areas for weeds.
3. Clean & maintain area behind yard dumpsters. Important to sweep and collect loose items.
4. Replace garbage bags in all outside pails.
5. Empty smoker's cans.
6. Wipe down all picnic tables on property.
7. Trim low hanging branches from trees.
8. Clean out gutters located in “Floats” parking lot.
9. Maintain maintenance vehicles.
10. Clear storm water drains.
11. Inside Maintenance Shop:
12. Empty all trash & recycling pails in the Wood Shop and Maintenance Shop.
13. Vacuum Wood Shop & Maintenance Shop.
14. Refill all white t-shirt rag bins as needed in Wood Shop and Maintenance Shop.
15. Pool:
16. Maintain pool grass areas (cut grass, weed whip, pull/spray weeds).
17. Cut and maintain fence areas (weeds on fence must be cut).
18. Skim pool for leaves and debris.
