QUINCY PARK DISTRICT

Maintenance Laborer - Full Time

Qualifications:

1. The Quincy Park District is seeking a highly motivated individual to perform manual labor requiring physical strength for extended periods.
2. Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions, including safety practices related to equipment and materials.
3. Physical requirements include standing, walking, sitting, lifting (minimum 50 lbs.), pulling, reaching, stooping, crouching, grasping, pushing, talking, hearing, and seeing.
4. Ability to operate heavy equipment such as tractors, end loaders, backhoes, sprayers, trucks, and large mowers.
5. Ability to observe and report safety hazards.
6. Pass the Pesticide Operators test.

Duties:

Performs routine manual, semi-skilled, and unskilled labor, which may include operating various maintenance equipment.
