Job summary

StoragePRO Inc. in Monterey Area, CA is seeking a part-time Maintenance/Janitorial professional to perform plumbing and general building repairs.

The role requires hands-on experience, the ability to prioritize multiple projects, and the capacity to work with minimal supervision in a self-motivated, fast-paced environment. The candidate must have basic computer skills, good customer service, and the ability to walk the large facility.

Qualifications

• Basic janitorial and maintenance duties, including basic building repair, mopping, sweeping, and cleaning.
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to travel
• California Driver License with clean driving record
• Ability to work weekend hours as required
• Resume must show Maintenance/Janitorial experience

Salary Range: $20.00 - $20.00 Hourly

PT Maintenance/Janitorial - Hiring immediately.

Location: Monterey Area, CA

This position may include other locations in the same general area.

Resume must show Maintenance/Janitorial experience to be considered.

We are a storage facility company looking for a maintenance professional with hands on experience performing a variety of plumbing and general building repairs. We are also looking for someone who demonstrates the ability to prioritize and plan various projects, as well as maintains a high level of productivity without direct supervision.

The right candidate must also have the following basic skills: some computer literacy, good customer service skills, can professionally resolve customer issues, and have the ability to walk the large facility throughout the day.
