Job summary

StoragePRO Management Inc. in the Monterey area is seeking a part-time maintenance/janitorial professional in Salinas, CA. The role focuses on hands-on plumbing and general building repairs, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage projects with minimal supervision.

The candidate should have basic computer skills, good customer service, and the stamina to walk the large facility throughout the day. Weekend availability may be required.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $20.00 Hourly

PT Maintenance/Janitorial - Hiring immediately.

Location: Monterey Area, CA

This position may include other locations in the same general area.

Resume must show Maintenance/Janitorial experience to be considered.

We are a storage facility company looking for a maintenance professional with hands on experience performing a variety of plumbing and general building repairs. We are also looking for someone who demonstrates the ability to prioritize and plan various projects, as well as maintains a high level of productivity without direct supervision.

The right candidate must also have the following basic skills: some computer literacy, good customer service skills, can professionally resolve customer issues, and have the ability to walk the large facility throughout the day.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Basic janitorial and maintenance duties, including basic building repair, Mopping, sweeping, and cleaning
