Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is recruiting for an Inventory Control Analyst, Maintenance to support Starlink production by managing critical spares, maintenance materials, and inventory processes. The role blends hands-on material execution with cross-functional coordination, metrics tracking, and ERP ownership.

The position requires ERP/WMS experience, knowledge of BOMs, and the ability to drive data-driven decisions in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or bachelor’s in logistics, supply chain, or information systems, or 3+ years inventory analyst experience.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (company systems preferred).
• Ability to work across departments and in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across departments to align maintenance work requests with maintenance schedules and drive resolution with vendors and engineering to reduce downtime risk.
• Maintain inventory health metrics and ensure parts data is accurate and up to date with necessary details for quick buy signal actioning.
• Implement and maintain changes to critical spares BOMs and work order procedures in the ERP system.
• Create and use metrics, queries, and reporting tools to highlight parts shortages and schedule risks.
• Coordinate setup and organization of new maintenance inventory locations digitally and physically to optimize inventory flow.
