Job summary

SpaceX is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst for Starlink maintenance to manage critical spares, materials, and inventory processes. The role blends hands-on execution with cross-functional coordination and ERP ownership.

You will monitor BOMs, track parts integrity, and drive improvements in inventory flow while collaborating with engineering, sourcing, and production teams to minimize downtime and ensure timely maintenance interventions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain, or information systems or 3+ years of inventory analyst experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across departments to align maintenance parts delivery dates with schedules.
• Maintain inventory health metrics and ensure parts data is accurate for quick buy signal actioning.
• Implement changes to spares BOMs and work order procedures in the ERP system.
• Create metrics and reporting tools to highlight shortages and schedule risks.
• Set up new maintenance inventory locations and optimize inventory flow.
• Analyze inventory location reports to improve data integrity and reduce gaps.
• Coordinate kitting, picking, and delivery of spares and consumables.
• Monitor part status and communicate weekly updates to leadership.
