Job summary

Blue Origin LLC in the Seattle area is seeking an Associate - Maintenance Inventory to receive, stock, and issue MRO materials across shifts. You will maintain ERP/CMMS records, perform cycle counts, and support replenishment to prevent stockouts.

The role requires 5+ years in inventory control or MRO, an associate degree or high school diploma, familiarity with Fiix or similar ERP, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in inventory control or warehousing.
• Associates Degree or High School diploma.
• Knowledge of Fiix or similar ERP software.
• Strong attention to detail with high data accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, stock, and issue MRO materials.
• Kit parts to work orders.
• Maintain inventory records in ERP/CMMS (Fiix) with accuracy.
• Conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor min/max levels and trigger replenishment.
• Process purchase requisitions and coordinate with procurement.
• Keep storeroom clean and organized per 5S.
• Track shelf-life, hazardous materials, and calibrated tools.
• Fulfill parts requests for maintenance teams.
• Identify and disposition obsolete or surplus inventory.
• Help develop inventory procedures and best practices.
• Generate inventory reports and KPI summaries.
