Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. in Salt Lake City seeks a Maintenance Specialist to maintain the service request database, understand maintenance requirements, and coordinate with internal technicians for timely, cost‑effective handling of requests.

You will track spare parts, purchase orders, and work orders, monitor invoices, and manage inventory data by equipment such as trucks and trailers. A high school diploma, strong communication skills, and at least two years in an office or inventory setting are

Qualifications

• Requires basic computer skills and ability to navigate databases.
• Experience in inventory or maintenance environment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Track spare parts, purchase orders, work orders, warranties, and inventory levels.
• Monitor outstanding services and ensure expectations are met.
• Log date and type of work completed by equipment (truck, trailer, etc.).
• Monitor incoming invoices and submit for payment.
• Maintain and reference the technical library.
