Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a technical degree program.
• Strong Excel data-entry skills and attention to detail.
• Interest and ability to learn CMMS/ERP systems and inventory management.
• Maintenance parts knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumables.
• Perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment to ensure critical parts availability.
• Maintain labeling, storage, and 5S standards in the storeroom.
• Generate purchase requisitions and track orders.
• Issue parts against work orders in CMMS.
• Maintain inventory, purchasing, and asset data in ERP/CMMS.
• Analyze usage trends, identify optimization opportunities, and develop KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement in inventory management and storeroom processes.
• Ensure safety and EHS compliance.
• Manage obsolete and slow-moving inventory for cost savings.
• Support TPM initiatives through spare parts management.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, purchasing, and operations teams.
