Job summary

Sabrosura Foods in Monroe, WI is seeking a Maintenance Inventory Coordinator to manage parts, tools, and supplies. You will maintain CMMS records, process incoming materials, and support maintenance operations.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork. The schedule is Monday–Friday with OT as needed, and pay ranges from $22.91 to $27.77 hourly.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years inventory control, warehouse, stockroom, or maintenance storeroom experience required.
  • CMMS experience (ManagerPlus, Eptura, or similar) preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and inventory management software required.
  • Manufacturing/industrial maintenance environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records for maintenance parts, tools, and supplies.
  • Receive, inspect, verify, and process incoming maintenance materials.
  • Match packing slips to purchase orders, verify quantities, obtain signatures.
  • Scan packing slips and upload digital copies into the purchasing system.
  • Enter inventory into the CMMS system and monitor stock levels.
  • Perform cycle counts and month-end audits; ensure storeroom inventory accuracy.
  • Organize, label, and maintain a clean maintenance storeroom.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance, Purchasing, Operations, and vendors to keep critical parts available.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, OT as required - 9am - 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for all maintenance parts, tools, and supplies.
  • Receive, inspect, verify, and process incoming maintenance materials.
  • Match packing slips to purchase orders, verify quantities received, and obtain required signatures.
  • Scan packing slips and upload digital copies into the purchasing system.
  • Receive inventory into the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Monitor inventory levels and proactively identify shortages, overstocked items, and reorder needs.
  • Perform routine cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Complete month-end inventory audits and ensure the entire maintenance storeroom is physically inventoried annually.
  • Organize, label, and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient maintenance storeroom.
  • Maintain proper stock rotation and storage practices.
CMMS & Data Management
  • Maintain accurate inventory and equipment records within the CMMS (ManagerPlus/Eptura).
  • Remove obsolete parts and update inventory records as equipment changes occur.
  • Maintain data integrity through accurate documentation and timely system updates.
  • Assist with inventory reporting and tracking using Microsoft Excel.
  • Maintain the maintenance part criticality system (High, Medium, Low) in collaboration with maintenance leadership.
Maintenance Support
  • Assist maintenance technicians in locating and issuing parts needed for repairs.
  • Support the Maintenance Planner by preparing parts kits for scheduled preventive maintenance activities.
  • Work closely with Maintenance, Purchasing, and vendors to ensure critical parts remain available.
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory organization, efficiency, and cost control.
Shipping & Receiving
  • Distribute incoming UPS, FedEx, Amazon, and other deliveries to the appropriate internal departments.
  • Prepare and ship outbound packages as needed.
  • Maintain organized receiving and shipping documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes and storeroom organization.
  • Promote 5S principles and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support maintenance operations.
Qualifications
  • Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with inventory control, stockroom operations, or warehouse management.
  • Working knowledge of inventory software or Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate degree or technical coursework in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of inventory control, warehouse, stockroom, or maintenance storeroom experience required.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment strongly preferred.
  • Experience using CMMS software (ManagerPlus, Eptura, or similar) preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and inventory management software required.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel, and climb throughout the workday.
  • Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including hot and cold manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to perform repetitive movements and remain on your feet for extended periods.
  • Ability to safely operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided if required).
