Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accuracy of maintenance spare parts, tools, and supplies.
• Receive, store, track, and replenish materials to support plant operations.
• Perform data input, parts/tools management, and fixed assets inventory.
• Assist with grounds/lawn maintenance as needed.
• Support preventative and corrective maintenance activities.

Pay:

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $19.40-$22.80+ benefits. Base pay will vary within the range depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is specific to Nacogdoches and may not be applicable to other locations.

What your day in this role might involve at OC-NACOGDOCHES:

The Maintenance Inventory Clerk is responsible for managing and maintaining the accuracy, availability, and organization of maintenance spare parts, tools, and supplies to support safe and efficient plant operations. This role ensures that critical maintenance materials are properly received, stored, tracked, and replenished, minimizing equipment downtime and supporting preventative and corrective maintenance activities. In this position you will be responsible for maintaining parts inventory-in/out, data input, parts/tools management, E-Maintenance Utilization, fixed assets inventory and grounds/lawn maintenance just to name a few. This position applies their skills in various venues to achieve success.

• Preferably one year experience in a manufacturing setting

• Familiarity with creating internal requisitions for parts to send out for repair

There are some essential physical requirements specific to our work environment, including being able to:

• Do repetitive movements (hand, arm, leg; bending and twisting at the waist; bending at the knee; squatting; lift, push and pull 40-pounds)
• Withstand exposure to temperature extremes; sounds or noise levels
• Handle production materials and finished goods.
