Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting mindset.
• Interest in industrial maintenance, manufacturing equipment, and reliability programs.
• Ability to read and interpret technical information and documentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Currently enrolled in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, Engineering, or a related academic program.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and documenting preventive maintenance activities.
• Support initiatives focused on equipment uptime, reliability, and efficiency.
• Participate in equipment inspections and assist with troubleshooting efforts.
• Support work order management, parts inventory tracking, and maintenance records within company systems.
• Work with maintenance and operations teams to identify opportunities for equipment and process improvements.
