Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance II to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment and distribution center systems.

You will diagnose malfunctions, source parts, weld or fabricate as needed, and document inventory and labor with accuracy. The role requires a technical degree and 3+ years in industrial maintenance, with specific experience on forklifts and related equipment.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in industrial maintenance and related equipment.
• Experience with forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, tuggers and carts.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and an understanding of OSHA rules.
• Proficient with maintenance databases and basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment.
• Maintain other DC equipment such as refrigeration, lighting, doors, and plumbing.
• Diagnose malfunctions and source parts and tooling as needed.
• Document spare parts usage, labor, and inventory accurately.
