Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation in San Francisco is seeking a Maintenance I to care for TNDC facilities and buildings, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and custodial support. The role is 100% on-site, Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., with after-hours on-call emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic plumbing repairs and clear stoppages.
• Repair and replace glass, tile, locks, hinges, and window coverings.
• Perform basic electrical repairs on appliances, fixtures, switches and circuits.
• Paint interiors and exteriors; repair sheetrock.
• Submit completed work orders and attend TNDC meetings.
• Respond to building emergencies on after-hours on-call schedule.
