The Maintenance worker must be willing to learn or have experience in performing general repairs across multiple trades, including painting, carpentry, electrical and plumbing, or provide specialized expertise in one of those areas. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and can work independently or with a group and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
