Job description

The Maintenance Helper will play a crucial role in supporting our maintenance team by performing essential daily tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our company. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to professional growth. This Maintenance Helper role is an entry level position that is designed to prepare you for the next level of Maintenance.

Hours: Mon – Fri 7:00am-3:30pm

What You’ll Do

• Clean and detail machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of building amenities and common areas.
• Assist with routine maintenance tasks and minor repairs as directed
• Document and report any maintenance issues of equipment malfunctions.
• Support the maintenance team with various operational needs and projects.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Basic understanding of maintenance procedures and equipment (preferred but not required).
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Base Compensation Range: $21.00-$25.10 per hour. Compensation offered will be based on a variety of individual factors, including education and experience, as well as internal equity. Our salary ranges are reviewed and updated each year and employees are eligible for pay increases based on individual performance.
