The Maintenance Technician for our company supports the Property Administrator to assure proper, consistent maintenance of our residential group homes and administrative location, including building interior and exterior, grounds, walkways, driveways, and parking lots.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm, with ½ hour unpaid lunch

QualificationsMust have a minimum of two years’ experience in a maintenance/handyman capacity. Ability to interact with all levels of an organization, clearly demonstrating good verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Computer skills helpful. Must possess strong analytical, organizational skills, and problem solving skills. Ability to work well under pressure with frequent interruptions and shifting priorities. Maintain confidentiality, and project a positive and professional business image.
