WLC Management Firm is seeking a dependable, skilled, and self-motivated Full-Time Maintenance Technician / Handyman to assist with general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep at our corporate office and as needed within our organization.

We’re looking for someone who is a true jack-of-all-trades—someone who takes pride in their work, can troubleshoot everyday maintenance issues, and is comfortable handling a variety of repair and improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, handyman, construction, or related experience preferred.
• General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and repairs.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and work independently.
• Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to safely use common hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs.
• Complete minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting projects.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic facility and equipment issues.
• Assemble, install, move, or repair office furniture and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance as needed.
• Assist with indoor and outdoor property upkeep.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
• Identify maintenance or safety concerns and communicate needed repairs.
• Assist with special projects and other maintenance needs as assigned.

WLC Management Firm is seeking a dependable, skilled, and self-motivated Full-Time Maintenance Technician / Handyman to assist with general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep at our corporate office and as needed within our organization.

Compensation

$19.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience

• Annual performance evaluation with the potential for a pay increase based on performance

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm
• Additional availability may be needed on Weekends depending on maintenance needs or projects
