Qualifications

• At least 1 year direct supervisory experience.
• Experience reading electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic blueprints.
• Ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and conflict management.
• Experience leading people and addressing performance concerns.
• Willing to work rotating shifts and weekends.
• 18+ years old and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and respond to the daily manufacturing plan and adjust operations as needed.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Drive accountability through people and processes, including difficult conversations.
• Perform checks and tests, and communicate results evaluations.
• Proactively offer solutions to operational or technical issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain productivity and quality in line with standards.
• Implement safety and housekeeping practices and corporate policies.
• Collaborate with others outside the work group as needed.
• Oversee efficient use of labor, inventory, and machinery.
• Set a course of action to complete jobs and projects.
