Job summary

Lifesteps, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Entry Level Maintenance / Groundskeeper Attendant in the Butler area to perform building maintenance, custodial and groundskeeping tasks. The role supports the organization by keeping facilities safe, clean and functional for clients and staff.

This entry level position offers steady daytime hours, weekends off, and a benefits package. Training and growth opportunities are available within a long-standing nonprofit serving Western Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• Experience with preventive building and equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical principles.
• Experience with basic welding and boiler systems repair.
• Valid driver’s license to operate in Pennsylvania.
• Ability to read and write.

Responsibilities

• Provide building maintenance, custodial and grounds keeping services.
• Keep buildings and grounds clean and in working condition.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm; weekends off.

Lifesteps is hiring a Full-Time Entry Level Maintenance / Groundskeeper Attendant in the Butler area.

Position Summary:

Responsible for providing building maintenance, custodial and grounds keeping services to ensure buildings and grounds are clean and in working condition.

This full-time position works Monday through Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm with weekends off!

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrated knowledge and prior experience with preventive building and equipment maintenance, basic plumbing, electricity principles, basic welding, refrigeration and air conditioning systems, and/or boiler systems repair
• Ability to read and write
• Must possess a valid driver's license which legally permits operating a motor vehicle in Pennsylvania

• Building Maintenance Certification
