Job description

Position Summary: The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the exterior areas of assigned buildings, including snow and ice removal.

Reporting Relationship: Reports to the Property Manager/Supervisor.

Essential Job Functions:

• Perform groundskeeping duties professionally, safely, and efficiently.
• Report hazardous conditions, building repairs, and lease violations immediately to the supervisor.
• Assist constables and supervisory staff during and after evictions.
• Sweep streets, rake leaves, and maintain street gutters free of weeds and debris.
• Maintain dumpster areas and remove trash from the property.
• Work mandatory overtime during emergencies and snow conditions.
• Assist with moving large items such as refrigerators and air conditioning units.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
