Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an energetic, self-motivated maintenance person to service apartment communities in Saco, Biddeford, and Old Orchard Beach. Responsibilities include repairs, painting, cleaning vacant units, carpentry, locking changes, landscaping and snow removal. This is an on-site role with a rolling on-call schedule. Rate of pay is $26 per hour and full benefits are provided.

A clean driver's license is a necessity to perform duties across multiple properties.

Job description

Apartment communities in Saco, Biddeford, and Old Orchard Beach seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and dependable individual to join our team. Under direction will be responsible for the on-going maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds. Excellent communication skills are essential as this position involves coordinating on a regular basis with management and coworkers, , and subcontractors. All members of the maintenance staff participate in a rolling on-call calendar.
