Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work with heavy equipment.
• Willing to be on call for emergencies after hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and ensure they are free from trash and debris.
• Report maintenance concerns and perform repairs as necessary.
• Work closely with management and other maintenance workers.
