Qualifications

• One-year maintenance experience.
• Ability to be on call if needed.
• General understanding of plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with OSHA, fire prevention, life safety regulations.
• Ability to respond to emergency calls outside scheduled hours.
