Job summary

The Caleb Group seeks an energetic maintenance technician to join a housing facility in Antrim, NH. This full-time role offers 35 hours per week and a pay rate of $22–$24 per hour, to be based on experience.

You will perform painting, carpentry, plumbing and electrical tasks, maintain buildings and grounds, handle on-call duties, and coordinate bids for major repairs. A high school diploma and basic maintenance software (Yardi Mobile a plus) are expected, with good safety and communication

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to perform any task required (janitorial, gardening, etc.).
• Familiarity with maintenance software, including Yardi Mobile.
• Good work safety habits.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to interact with a diverse population.

Responsibilities

• Clean vacant units, interior spaces, and grounds.
• Ensure vacant units are turned over in a timely fashion.
• Grounds keeping, landscaping, and snow removal.
• Paint building interiors and prep-work.
• Miscellaneous carpentry repairs.
• Appliance repairs.
• Repair or replace plumbing fixtures.
• Change locks.
• Maintain supplies and records.
• Solicit bids for major repairs, purchases, or contracts.

Job description

Seeking an energetic, responsible, and dependable maintenance technician to work 35 hours per week at a housing facility in Antrim.

Must be organized, self-motivated, and have proven proficiency with basic painting, carpentry, plumbing and electrical work. Under direction, will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds. Must have a valid driver's license and be available for on-call.

Position Responsibilities:

• clean vacant units, interior spaces, and grounds
• ensures that vacant units are turned over in a timely fashion
