Job summary

Triple Crown Senior Living in New Albany, IN is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the maintenance supervisor, keep equipment in good working order, and maintain a safe, attractive living environment for residents.

You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to resident orders, assist in turning over apartments, service heating/AC, and inspect areas, with opportunities for growth and a competitive starting wage.

Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Good interpersonal skills and reliability are essential.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform duties independently.

Responsibilities

• Assists in ongoing preventive maintenance programs.
• Responds to maintenance orders from residents.
• Assists in turnover of empty apartments for timely leasing.
• Repairs and maintains kitchen, housekeeping, and mechanical equipment.
• Maintains heating and air-conditioning units.
