Position Overview

Lifesteps is hiring a Full-Time Entry Level Maintenance / Groundskeeper Attendant in the Penn Hills and Monroeville areas.

Lifesteps is a non-profit human services organization serving Western Pennsylvania for nearly 100 years, helping individuals and families with life's changing needs. The agency provides programs to support those with special needs to live to their fullest potential. Responsibilities

• Provide building maintenance, custodial, and groundskeeping services to ensure buildings and grounds are clean and functional.

Work Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm, with weekends off.

Minimum Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with preventive building and equipment maintenance, basic plumbing, electrical principles, basic welding, refrigeration and air conditioning systems, and boiler systems repair.
• Ability to read and write.
• Valid driver's license permitting operation of a motor vehicle in Pennsylvania.

Preferred Qualifications

• Building Maintenance Certification.
