Lifesteps is hiring a Full-Time Entry Level Maintenance / Groundskeeper Attendant in the Penn Hills and Monroeville areas.

Position Summary

Responsible for providing building maintenance, custodial, and groundskeeping services to ensure buildings and grounds are clean and in working condition.

This full-time position works Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm, with weekends off.

Minimum Qualifications

• Knowledge and prior experience with preventive building and equipment maintenance, basic plumbing, electrical principles, basic welding, refrigeration and air conditioning systems, and/or boiler systems repair.
• Ability to read and write.
• Must possess a valid driver's license permitting operation of a motor vehicle in Pennsylvania.

Preferred Qualifications

• Building Maintenance Certification.
