State of Alaska's Pioneer Home in Sitka is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor responsible for managing heating, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and overseeing renovation contracts.
You will lead a team in a 24-hour facility, ensuring safety, compliance, and reliable operations while supporting elder residents with a compassionate, person-centered environment.
This position is open to Alaska Residents only.

What You Will Be Doing: This position manages the maintenance department which is responsible for keeping all heating, mechanical, electrical, electronic, and plumbing systems in the building functioning correctly and oversees maintenance of the grounds and all renovation contracts and contractors who do work on the building. Responsible for applying safety and health regulations and correcting unsafe conditions throughout the facility.
