Job summary

Starting pay ranges from $26.20 to $37.45 per hour, with a $2.75 per hour shift differential and potential advancement through skill levels. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of mechanic work experience or graduation from an industrial maintenance training program.
• Basic computer skills for logging information and work orders.
• Ability to read blueprints and manuals; familiarity with CMMS software.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance support to ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct emergency repairs and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Work cross-functionally to minimize downtime and support plant goals.
