Candidates should be prepared for overtime and to provide their own tools, with pay ranging from $28.05 to $40.10 per hour. This fast-paced role emphasizes safety and cross-functional collaboration to keep the plant running smoothly and efficiently.

Formación

• Basic computer skills for logging daily work orders and CMMS data.
• Effective communication with plant personnel and team members.
• Basic math skills including percentages, fractions, and measurement.
• Minimum 2 years of mechanic experience or completion of an industrial maintenance training program.

Responsabilidades

• Provide maintenance support with moderate supervision to ensure safe operation of equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic plant equipment.
• Conduct emergency mechanical or electrical repairs as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues related to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
• Apply troubleshooting skills to all assigned production equipment.
• Interact with plant personnel to achieve plant and individual goals.
• Minimize downtime due to equipment failure.
• Work overtime and weekends as needed; furnish your own tools.
