Job Details: This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing, keeping machinery running, preventative maintenance, all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Identifies all parts, supplies and services required to maintain equipment in assigned area and completes work orders in a timely manner meeting or exceeding pre-established deadlines to reduce downtime and meet production goals. Starting pay rate: $22.90/hour Pay will be based on qualifications and experience level. Work schedule: B-Shift: 4am-4pm; Weds-Sun one week Weds-Friday one week Weds- Half days 10am-4pm Must identify all parts, supplies and services required to maintain equipment in assigned area and completes work orders in a timely manner meeting or exceeding pre-established deadlines to reduce downtime and meet production goals. This position requires lifting, reaching, rotating, walking, climbing, bending, and squatting throughout the shift. Work environment is cold, hot, wet, dusty, and noisy. Must be able to use basic hand and power tools to include drills, grinders, drill press, band saws, multi-meter, and other tools.
Requirements: 6 months industrial maintenance experience.
Rehiring Criteria: Applicants must also have completed at least 365 days since their last employment with Tyson and has not worked more than two times.
