Salary Range: $30.00 To $32.00 Annually

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing facility on the 3rd shift. In this vital role, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of equipment and systems to ensure smooth production operations. Your expertise will help optimize machinery performance, minimize downtime, and uphold safety standards across our manufacturing environment. DUTIES

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, pneumatic systems, and electrical components.
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery issues using technical manuals and analytical skills.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
• Conduct repairs involving welding
• Assist with tasks, including working with scissor lifts and other industrial equipment to access hard-to-reach areas.
• Support safety protocols by inspecting for hazards, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards, and participating in safety meetings
• Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance procedures and reduce downtime.

SKILLS

• Extensive experience working within a manufacturing facility environment with a strong understanding of industrial maintenance practices
• Skilled in hydraulics, welding, electrical work (low voltage and high voltage), and mechanical repairs
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and mechanical drawings accurately
• Strong analysis skills for diagnosing complex equipment issues efficiently
• Experience operating scissor lifts or similar access equipment safely
• Excellent communication skills in English to document and work clearly and collaborate effectively with team members
