Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with trade courses.
• Minimum of five years of experience as a skilled maintenance person.
• Extensive knowledge of standard trade practices, materials, tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and participates in the work of a small crew engaged in maintaining, constructing, and repairing City property.
• Plans and assigns daily jobs for the crew.
• Orders supplies and parts as necessary.
• Performs related work as required.
