Job summary

Titan America LLC is seeking a Plant Operator for the Virginia Ready Mix operations serving Stafford, Culpepper, Leesburg, or Fredericksburg areas. The role reports to the Operations Supervisor and focuses on safe concrete production, batching accuracy, and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities include scheduling deliveries, maintaining inventories, and performing preventative maintenance. Requires ability to work outdoors, pass background checks, and obtain VDOT certification within 90

Qualifications

• Must obtain VDOT Concrete Batch Plant Operator Certification within 90 days.
• Strong math, reading and verbal skills for precise batching.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, efficient READY-MIX concrete production with automated batching.
• Schedule deliveries and maintain inventories of materials and admixtures.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot plant issues.
• Ensure environmental, safety and quality standards are met.
• Maintain paperwork and coordinate with locations as needed.
