As a Supervisor, you’ll oversee and actively participate in the upkeep of buildings, systems, and essential equipment—ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-performing environment that supports world-class healthcare and research.
Work Arrangement – On-Site
Anticipated Pay Range - Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $ 28.31 to USD $44.93. Duke University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position; candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills; internal peer equity; as w ell as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education/Training - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
An Associate Degree is preferred.
Experience – Six (6) to eight (8) years of experience required as an Electrician or Maintenance Electrician experience is preferred.
Supervisory skills and experience are required .
Certificate, License, Registrations –
Valid N.C. driver’s license and a driving history acceptable under the guidelines of the Safe Driving Policy required .
Candidates must have a valid NC electrical license, it is required .
Electrical Technology certificate/degree or acceptable training is required for this position.
